Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort offers a wide range of lodging choices, from vacation homes & condos to ski-in, ski-out trailside chalets. We are happy to help you plan your vacation destination on the hill.

All of our chalets have individual rates during winter. Rates vary by location, sleeping capacity, and amenities.

Terms & Conditions
As a guest of Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort Lodging, I agree to the following terms and conditions as listed below:
- Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort Lodging requires a valid credit card to confirm booking. The credit card will be charged for the deposit, which is 50% of the total stay. The final balance will be due upon arrival.
- A $65 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- Friday and Saturday nights must be included in any stay.
- A three-night minimum stay is required in select Trailside lodging accommodations. A two-night minimum stay is required in all other lodging accommodations.
- Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.
- Guest occupancy cannot exceed the lodging unit maximum number of guests.
- 6% State and 5% Local tax will be added to the total accommodation fee.
- All Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort Lodging units are NON-SMOKING.
- Guests bringing unauthorized animals will be subject to additional charges and or eviction. Ensure that the unit you book allows animals including service and/or support animals.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or injury. This includes excessively dirty units in which an automatic additional damage fee of $100 will be charged.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards accepted.
- All prices are subject to change.
- Management reserves the right to change a reservation to a comparable accommodation.
