Venues
Big Powderhorn Mountain offers two venue options – our Caribou Lodge and Gun Barrel Lodge. Both are rustically beautiful with an atmosphere of ski hill charm. The perfect space to celebrate any mountain lover’s marriage, talk to our team about your vision when it comes to additional decor options!
Venue rental pricing varies by event — contact us and we will put together a quote specific to your gathering.
Rental Includes
- Use of chosen lodge and an area for the bridal party to get ready
- An outdoor ceremony site
- Day before use from 9am-3pm for decorating
- On-site parking
- Trash and recycling
- Licensed bartenders, full bar and liquor license, and bar glassware
- Ceremony chair and table set up
- A general and reasonable clean up
- Coordination of return of any items rented from outside vendors
- Staffing that properly serves the event size
Catering
Let us do all the cooking for your big day!
We offer a wide variety of buffet options that include a salad, flavorful steamed vegetable, bread, a pasta dish, your choice of meat, and two side dishes. Water and coffee will be included and served with the buffet.
We also can provide plated meals to parties no greater than 75 people. If you are interested in a plated option, we are happy to speak with you about our menu and pricing during an appointment!
Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort is the only licensee able to sell and serve food and beverages on the premises. This excludes the wedding cake.
