Party Venues
Big Powderhorn Mountain offers two event venue options – our Caribou Lodge and Gun Barrel Lodge. Both provide a rustic and spacious atmosphere with ski hill charm. The perfect space to hold a gathering or celebration!
Venue rental pricing varies by event — contact us and we will put together a quote specific to your gathering.
Rental Includes
- Use of chosen lodge
- On-site parking
- Trash and recycling
- Licensed bartenders, full bar and liquor license, and bar glassware
- A general and reasonable clean up
- Staffing that properly serves the event size
Catering
We offer a wide variety of buffet options that include a salad, flavorful steamed vegetable, bread, a pasta dish, your choice of meat, and two side dishes. Water and coffee will be included and served with the buffet.
We also can provide plated meals to parties no greater than 75 people. If you are interested in a plated option, we are happy to speak with you about our menu and pricing during an appointment!
Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort is the only licensee able to sell and serve food and beverages on the premises.
