Rent one of our Big Powderhorn “Wine Huts” – ski-in, ski-out, on-hill trailside day-use cabins equipped with a woodstove or fireplace and large outdoor deck for your private lunch, get-together, or to warm up on the hill and have a snack or beverage during your ski day.

The Wine Huts at Big Powderhorn Mountain rent by the day and come equipped with a large deck for outdoor, trailside wrap around seating, a grill, charcoal, and lighter fluid for your use (bring your own food, beverages, and utensils)

Wine Huts are ski/snowboard access only. For safety reasons, we will not transport non-skiers to the Wine Huts, nor are non-ski/snowboarders permitted to hike up the ski hill to a wine hut.

We will light the fireplace/woodstove, stock the wine hut with firewood for you to maintain the fire, and provide the grill, charcoal, and staff to transport your food by snowmobile to the wine huts. Call ahead to reserve or get more details on this popular option for fun on the mountain!

Please, no fragile items, chairs, sleds, toboggans, snowshoes, or similar non-ski or snowboard devices in the Wine Huts.

Located on the lower portion of Ricochet
Excellent views of the bottom of the hill, including Lifts 4, 5, 6, and 7
